About Us
Egemeo Foundation is a faith-inspired, community-centered non-profit organization committed to restoring dignity, hope, and opportunity among vulnerable populations. We work to break cycles of poverty, disease, and social exclusion through holistic interventions that address both immediate needs and long-term empowerment. Our programs focus on education, mentorship, health, and rehabilitation, with a special concern for children, youth, women, and marginalized adults.
Vision
A transformed society where every individual, regardless of background or circumstance, has access to education, health, guidance, and the opportunity to live a purposeful and productive life.
Mission
To uplift vulnerable children, youth, and adults through education support, mentorship, health interventions, and rehabilitation programs that nurture wholeness, self-worth, and sustainable livelihoods.
What we do
We believe lasting change comes from strengthening people’s ability to shape their own futures. Progress is most meaningful when it is built on skills, ownership, and long-term thinking rather than temporary support.
Egemeo Foundation runs a Jigger Treatment Program targeting individuals affected by jigger (tungiasis) infestations, with special focus on school-going children and the elderly. The program offers medical treatment, hygiene education, psychosocial support, and community sensitization to restore health, dignity, and school attendance.
Egemeo Foundation sponsors and supports children from humble and disadvantaged backgrounds to access quality education. Through school fees assistance, learning materials, and moral support, we help learners remain in school, build confidence, and pursue their God-given potential.
Education Support
We provide mentorship to all age groups—school-going children, youth, women, and men—focusing on character development, leadership, emotional well-being, and life skills. Our mentorship programs aim to guide individuals to make informed choices, discover purpose, and become positive contributors to their families and communities.
